At TPN Recruiting we consider our clients’ time precious. The TPN search process is designed to ensure our clients an efficient, on-target, highly productive experience on each and every assignment. Our search strategy is based on each client’s individual circumstances:
RETAINED SEARCH.
Reserved for when a client has deadlines that require 100% of our attention.
CONTINGENCY SEARCH.
Most staffing needs will fall under contingency. We prefer “exclusive contingency” assignments, where we are the only search firm. We realize we need to earn your trust, so we are ok with “non-exclusive contingency” assignments.
